A 88 színből álló paletta szinte minden makettezőnek elegendő ahhoz, hogy polgári, katonai vagy bármilyen makettjéhez megfelelő festéket találjon. Használata egyszerű a Revell Aqua makett festék szinte szagtalan és nem tartalmaz oldószert. Vízzel hígíthatóak de az optimális használat érdekében a Revell Aqua Color Mix hígító ajánlott. Felvihető ecsettel és szórópisztollyal egyaránt. 1 óra után átfesthetőek, teljes száradásuk 2-4 óra. Szórópisztolyos használatnál vegyük figyelembe hogy a Revell Aqua Color Mix hígító használata és a munka végén a Revell Aqua Color Clean vagy a Revell Airbrush Cleaner az airbrush tisztításához elengedhetetlen. The popular Aqua Color colours are now available in all 88 colour shades. The modeller no longer has to make any compromises and can use this acrylic colour system for all his colour needs. The advantages of this colour system: Revell Aqua Color paints in completely new 18 ml containers are ideal for use:

• Colours can be diluted with water
• Colours have a mild odour
• Paints are not flammable
• Paints contain practically no organic solvents
• 88 different colours
• Colours can be mixed with each other
• The paint is completely dry after 2 to 3 hours.
• A colour can be painted over after only one hour, i. e. 6 times faster than with the enamel colours.
• The new colours and the existing enamel colours (14ml) can be painted on top of each other without any problems after the drying time has elapsed, but they cannot be mixed with each other.

The paint is also suitable for airbrushing. Please note the following:

• The paint must not be diluted too much.
• Dilute a maximum of 20 to 25% with water
• It is best to dilute the paint with Aqua Color Mix. This serves, among other things, as a drying retarder and prevents the paint from drying too quickly in the spray gun.
• Clean the spray gun with water immediately after use.
• If the paint has already dried, the spray gun can also be cleaned with Airbrush Clean or Aqua Color Clean.

For application with a brush:

• The colours are brushable
• Smooth surfaces after brushing - almost as good as with airbrushing
• Final result absolutely comparable to enamel colour paints
• Exceptional results when brushing
